Warm Weather Shipping

IF IT IS WARM IN YOUR TOWN: While we consider ourselves absolute ninjas at shipping chocolate in the heat, there are some factors we simply can’t control.  The main cause of melted chocolate is from it sitting outside after delivery, waiting for it’s chocolate loving owner to come home.  Here are some ways to make sure your goods arrive purrrrrrrfectly…

1. Order them to a location you will be at. If you work when your postmaster comes, send them to your office.  If you choose this option, send us a Note with your order letting us know it must arrive Monday-Friday.
2. Do you have a PO Box?  It works wonderfully to have your goodies shipped there!
3. Choose Express Shipping if the heat in your area is extreme.  This is a more expensive option, but we can certainly guarantee it will not melt!
4. Hold it at a Post Office.  Let us know in Notes which Post Office you would like it held at, but be aware that the one you choose MUST allow General Delivery.  Their website will let you know.

We are unable to claim responsibility for melted chocolate shipped Priority.

 But of course we will do our part to keep it safe!  We love and appreciate you so very much as our customer and want to make sure you can get all the Lulu’s you desire year round!  We will sticker each box as Perishable.  We will line your box with solar shield foil, calculate the weight of your chocolate and add the proper amount of ice packs.
