Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you choose Express Shipping upon checkout. Priority orders are shipped within 3 business days and Express orders are shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.
In warmer weather, chocolate melting is a very valid concern. We ship your order with ice packs and we line the boxes with solar shield. We daily investigate the ship from temperature as well as the ship to temperature on day of arrival. We consider ourselves ninjas at this and have a 95% success rate.
